*/Edison Middle School’s Jazz I Ensemble/* is an 18 piece Big Band
audition-only group that received top ratings at the 2007 Purdue
University Jazz Festival, Eastern Illinois University Jazz Festival,
Rolling Meadows Jazz Festival and Illinois State University Jazz
Festival.  Jazz I Ensemble has performed at over twenty venues in the
Champaign/Urbana area this year.  The ensemble is under the direction of
Mike Lehman.
